The Caribbean Coastal Region is known for its spicy Creole cuisine, laidback atmosphere, and warm friendly people.
Central Valley
The Central Valley Region is the heart of Costa Rica. Two-thirds of the population reside here.
Northern Pacific
The Northern Pacific region has seen the most development and influx of foreign investment than any other region in Costa Rica.
Southern Pacific & OSA
The Northern and Central Pacific Regions are seeing the most activity in the real estate market, but the Central Valley remains a steady force in the country. Each region is unique in its own way and offers many diverse opportunities to purchase many different kinds of property in the amazing country of Costa Rica.
The Southern Pacific Region which includes the Osa Peninsula is without the doubt the most remote and ecologically diverse area in CR.
